Unconscionable: Why High Tech Stalking Knowledge Should Be Part of Everyone’s Self-Care Regimen

Unconscionable: Why High Tech Stalking Knowledge Should Be Part of Everyone’s Self-Care Regimen Self-care Awareness Month rolls around every September, yet few think to include this little known culprit of poor quality of sleep, diminishing sense of safety, wellness, and more. With connected IoT devices in America projected to reach 3.5 billion by next year and the well documented harms of the malicious use of technology, including disruptions to productivity, sleep, and more, knowledge about the hazards and potential misuse of devices is critical to self-care. Most people consider lifestyle, diet, and heredity when trying to discover the cause of a wellness related problem that they are experiencing. Because the damaging and destructive energy (when excessive) of technology is invisible, very few people think about their environment’s effect on the issues that they are facing. People only focus on the things that they are familiar with and that they can see. Research shows that the human eye can only see .35% of light. That means that people are in the dark about 99.65% of the things that are happening all around them. High-tech stalking phenomena is part of that 99.65% range of invisible light. While the root cause is invisible without the knowledge and tools to detect it, it has very visible effects. It is written that people are destroyed for the lack of knowledge. You can’t afford to stay in the dark about this issue any...
The Overlooked Relationship Between Productivity and Cybersecurity

The Overlooked Relationship Between Productivity and Cybersecurity

Dr. Trevicia Williams Speaks Out about Cybersecurity and Productivity October is National Cybersecurity Awareness Month From phishing to password attacks, there are several types of cybersecurity issues. The one that is overlooked the most is the Internet of Things Security (IoT). It is projected that by 2025. over 22 billion devices will be networked through the internet of things (IoT). Examples of IoT devices include: Connected appliances Smart home security systems. Autonomous farming equipment. Wearable health monitors. Smart factory equipment. Wireless inventory trackers. Ultra-high-speed wireless internet. Biometric cybersecurity scanners. So what does the Internet of things have to do with cyber security and productivity? Related story: Your smart home devices can easily be hacked – CBS Information can be stolen from vulnerable IoT devices which are accessed/hacked through your router and cell phone. Related Story: The dark side to technology…woman cyberstalked in her own home “Vulnerable IoT devices can be accessed and have information stolen, or the devices manipulated in a way that could cause a physical disruption.” Alternatively, IoT devices in buildings could be hacked into remotely to cause physical disruption, i.e., a polling station.” Source: Center for Internet Security That can lead to down time because you don’t know what to do and infringe on productivity. The excessive radiation can cause poor quality of sleep. Some 70 million Americans suffer from sleep disturbances and most don’t factor in the radiation from the tech around them. From power lines (the source of extremely low-frequency radiation) to cell phone towers (the source of high-frequency radio and microwave radiation), our living spaces, workplaces, and everywhere else is bombarded with electromagnetic radiation from...
Strong Lives, Self-Care, and the Most Overlooked Factor In Routines

Strong Lives, Self-Care, and the Most Overlooked Factor In Routines

Strong Lives: Self-Care and Why It’s Critical to the Fulfillment of Purpose September is National Month for Self-Improvement. It’s also the National Month for Self-Care Awareness. However, what exactly is “self-care?” The dictionary defines it as the practice of taking an active role in protecting one’s well-being and happiness, in particular during periods of stress. However, I like WHO’s definition better “The ability of individuals, families, and communities to promote health, prevent disease, maintain health, and to cope with illness and disability with or without the support of a healthcare provider.” Self-care doesn’t mean being selfish. It means putting your well-being first so that you can take care of yourself, loved ones, be productive, perform your work responsibilities, serve your community and fulfill your purpose. It also empowers you to manage stress better and improves your outlook on life. One of the most overlooked factors in self-care is the adverse effects of electropollution on wellness. Research shows that excessive exposure to electromagnetic fields leads to electro-stress, fatigue, headaches, poor concentration, sleep disturbances, and a host of other health issues. Awareness and education are keys to important knowledge about the growing problem so that you can prevent, protect and mitigate the ill effects of exposure. Productivity=success, progress, accomplishments, and the fulfillment of one’s potentials. Studies show that there is a ten-year latency period for the manifestation of symptoms. Think about the potential health problems that might be prevented by taking precautions. Since it’s airborne (like Covid), the only way to protect yourself is by first taking the time to understand what it is…#educateyourself. Studies show that it affects productivity and...

The Notes I Took About Mariah Carey’s Fluorescent Lighting Rule, It Isn’t Just A Chic Look

My Non-Diva Reasons for Taking Mariah Carey’s Advice About Shades. Critics say that she’s showing off a ‘sad attempt at the Rachel hairdo’ from ‘Friends,’ but, Mariah Carey is on point about this look. She has been talking about shades and fluorescent lights for years and here’s why it isn’t just about being a diva. A little-known invisible problem that interferes with strong living, human potentials and sabotages productivity is excessive electromagnetic radiation. It’s everywhere, including homes, workplaces, and fluorescent lighting in public places. It’s a topic that I’m shedding more light on in my Strong Lives podcast series called “Our Invisible World.” After over 23 years of varying levels of intermittent high pitch tone in my ear and sleep disturbances, research led me to the reason for my experience: Excessive exposure to #electromagneticradiation. As a researcher who has been studying human behavior for over 20 years, I only trust peer-reviewed studies during my research so that I know that the information is valid. Now, because of the research that I’ve discovered about the high magnetic fields of fluorescent lighting and its biological effects, I wear shades even when I’m shopping or indoors in public places that have them. Electromagnetic radiation is everywhere. It’s a type of radiation that includes “visible light, radio waves, microwaves, gamma rays, and X-rays, in which electric and magnetic fields vary simultaneously.” Productivity=success, progress, accomplishments, and the fulfillment of one’s potentials. Studies show that there is a ten-year latency period for the manifestation of symptoms. Think about the potential health problems that might be prevented by taking precautions. Since it’s airborne and invisible (like Covid),...
The Biggest Problem That Humanity Is Unknowingly Plugging Into Every Day and Why It Matters

The Biggest Problem That Humanity Is Unknowingly Plugging Into Every Day and Why It Matters

“People are destroyed due to the lack of knowledge.” Another insidious global crisis affecting millions of people is looming. It’s the crisis of all time, and, consequentially, humanity is on the brink of becoming an endangered species. As a researcher, human behavior expert, and empowerment facilitator who has personally experienced the effects of this invisible dirty secret, I’m purposed to shed light on the problem. “Our problems are manmade; therefore, they can be solved by man. And man can be as big as he wants. No problem of human destiny is beyond human beings. Man’s reason and spirit have often solved the seemingly unsolvable, and we believe they can do it again.”~John F. Kennedy It is written that people are destroyed due to a lack of knowledge. Therefore, I want to empower you with research-based information to eliminate the fear factor that’s oftentimes involved with the unknown or unfamiliar. I also want to provide you with the education to prevent or mitigate the well-documented issues associated with it Productivity, performance, and human potentials are voltage…a measure of electrical energy. While the debate about this topic is ongoing, I hope that you’re empowered to be curious, ask unpopular questions, and exercise your senses and discernment to connect the dots. They are everywhere. There’s power in knowledge, measurements, peer-reviewed studies, and people’s stories which are oftentimes overlooked. Sadly, most people don’t know where to begin when they become symptomatic of the problem, how to explain it, nor do they know what and how to measure phenomena to eliminate the oftentimes mind-boggling guesswork. It can be measured and you can make sense...
