Dr. Trevicia Williams has worked in both private and public sectors to affect positive change. She is also known for helping businesses optimize their potentials and is passionate about mega transitions such as those that occur within organizations, including leadership development, conflict and change management. She is dedicated to teaching others how to make strategic changes in their lives and get results. She is a multi-talented business woman and has founded businesses that facilitate growth and helps optimize personal, professional and business potentials through a suite of services, including conferences and seminars. From Meager to Mega - Dr. Williams is also a former teenage wife (child bride) and mother who through faith, hard decisions and perseverance has realized the American dream. The second publication of her bounce back book: There Are Pearls in the Pain of Every Experience will be released in April. Dr. Williams cuts to the chase about her life as an African American teenager in an arranged marriage to a man of European descent in the United States in this bounce back book (ISBN:0-9743519-8-9). Her personal experience has capacitated her to inspire and motivate others about turning adversities into advancements, using crisis to create positive outcomes and to turn problems into opportunities to realize their potentials. |

Although Lakewood Church of Houston, Texas (The Oasis of Love), Pastor Joel Osteen, is the church that she still calls her “home church,” she also enjoys worship at Northland Church, where Dr. Joel Hunter is the Senior Pastor, in Orlando/Longwood, Florida.

EDUCATION
Dr. Trevicia has over a decade of academic studies in human behavior from multiple perspectives, including having earned a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston-Downtown, Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and Doctorate degree in Psychology with a focus on professional and organizational psychology. She is also a certified mediator.

Dr. Trevicia Williams has been seen on Oxygen, Lifetime, Lifetime MovieNetwork, CourtTV, featured on radio shows and has worked with, coached and spoken to individuals and diverse groups of people for over 18 years. Dr. Williams’ client base has included both small and large organizations, including, Mary Kay, Arbonne International, Project Head Start, The Girl Scouts of Citrus Council, The University of Houston, Disney World Executives, The YaYa Network Conference, and, North Harris Community College to name a few. She has been on the speakers’ bureaus of community based organizations such as Women's Center and Planned Parenthood. Her passion for helping others optimize their potentials inspires her to travel the U.S. with personal and professional development conferences and expos.
Her proudest accomplishment is her now
