Dr. Williams is also an inspirational author, with her first book ‘Heaven Answered’ hitting bookstores all around the country, she provides hope, motivation, and inspiration to thousands of readers struggling with their own life’s journey. Her book was inspired by her experience of being a child bride survivor, who at the young age of fourteen was in an arranged marriage with a twenty-six-year-old man of German descent. Overcoming this experience, now stronger and wiser, she gives eternal thanks for the most amazing pearl from her marriage, her daughter.

She used her powerful testimony to help outlaw forced child marriages in Texas, which has the highest child marriage rates in America,…ensuring that the inherent vulnerabilities of being a child can no longer be exploited through child marriages…another step towards ending teen and early marriages in America. Although the history of child marriages is long, it’s unthinkable that it happens in the United States of America. She is hopeful that child marriages in the USA will end as the growing bodies of knowledge about the vast number of negative consequences are brought to light.

Dr. Williams has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, a Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences and Psychology and a Doctorate in Psychology.

Her proudest accomplishment is her now grown up daughter.
